RS-10000
Transformer Oil Regeneration System

A complete, self-contained oil regeneration platform engineered for demanding field operations. Multi-stage processing — heating, vacuum dehydration, Fuller's earth treatment, and polishing filtration — in a single deployable system.

High-Throughput Processing

The RS-10000 handles up to 10,000 litres per hour, purpose-built for utility companies, substations, and industrial-scale transformer maintenance operations.

🔬

Fuller's Earth Regeneration

Proprietary clay bed regeneration restores oil to near-new dielectric and chemical properties — not just filtration, but true molecular-level rejuvenation.

Processing Technology

6-Stage Process Flow

Each stage is engineered to address specific oil degradation mechanisms, working in sequence to deliver fully regenerated transformer oil.

01

Inlet Straining & Pumping

Contaminated oil enters through a coarse inlet strainer removing large particulates. Dedicated inlet pumps draw oil forward at a controlled rate.

Coarse filtration / inlet pump
02

Electric Heating

🔥

Oil passes through a 120 KW electric heating stage, raising temperature to the optimal processing range. PLC-controlled for maximum water evaporation efficiency.

03

Vacuum Dehydration

💨

Heated oil enters a double-stage vacuum chamber at 0.05 mbar. Dissolved water and gases are extracted rapidly under deep vacuum, achieving dielectric-grade dryness.

04

Fuller's Earth Regeneration

🪨

Dehydrated oil percolates through a Fuller's earth clay bed, removing oxidation by-products, acids, sludge, and colour compounds at the molecular level.

05

Booster & Discharge Pumping

A booster pump maintains consistent flow through the regeneration bed. Discharge pumps return processed oil to client storage or transformer.

Consistent flow control
06

Polishing Filtration

Final-stage 1-micron absolute polishing filtration removes all fine particles. Oil exits meeting IEC and ASTM transformer oil quality standards.
